Rubber Coating Foam Fender
NANHAI is the exclusive manufacturer of Ocean Dolphin (Rubber Coating Foam Fender) which replaced the traditional polyurethane foam fender. This type fender has high elasticity and quick recovery, meanwhile has a softer effect on the hull widely used in navy berths.
Ocean Dolphin uses the laminated polyethylene foam core inside and with thick long nylon filament reinforced layer. Outer skin (usual is grey) uses high performance rubber layer and proceed to overall vulcanization. The rubber layer is highly integrated with foam core, tear strength is greatly increased. Due to its excellent performance, it is widely used in navy berths.

01 High Perfoamnce Rubber Skin
Due to the physical properties of rubber materials, compared with polyurethane skin, rubber skin is more elastic, quickly recovery. More gentle to the hull.
02 Closed Cell Foam Core (100%)
Due to the molecular structure of Closed Cell (Isolation of Gas), so the foam core can maintain excellent elasticity which is the basis of foam fender performance. Ocean Dolphin utilizing only cross-linked, closed cell polyethylene.
03 Nylon Filament Reinforcement
Ocean Dolphin is constructed Continuous Tough and Thick Nylon Filament Reinforcement during rubber skin coating which provides superior strength.
04 Heavy Duty Internal Structure
Heavy Duty Chain Connecting Swivel End Fitting Type (The internal chain guarantees maximum pull-through strength, even distribution of energy and stresses.) and Heavy Duty Internal Pipe Fixed End Fitting Type optional. All fittings are constructed of top-quality steel.
05 Heavy Duty End Fittings
Heavy duty fittings include swivel ring, shackles, flanges are all hot dip galvanized to ensure corrosion resistance and high strength.
